Privacy Policy
- Your payroll data never reaches us. Employee names, salaries, and deductions stay in your own file.
- We keep your name, email, and order details so you can re-access your vault.
- We never see your card or e-wallet credentials — PayMongo handles payment.
- You can ask us to delete your data any time.
1. The important part first
KitaAgad Payroll runs entirely inside your own Excel file or your own Google Sheet. Every employee name, rate, deduction, and payslip you produce stays there. The workbook contains no macros or scripts that send anything anywhere — walang employee data na dumadaan sa amin.
2. What we collect
When you buy
- Your name and email address, entered at checkout
- Order details — reference number, amount paid, quantity, and which version or add-ons you chose
- The date and time of payment
We keep this so your vault link works, so you can recover access later with your email, and so we have a record for support and refunds.
When you browse
- Anonymous usage counts — pageviews, which sections were scrolled to, how long they held attention, and which buttons were clicked. These are stored as daily totals, not as a profile of you: we record that a section was viewed 300 times, not who viewed it.
- Where you arrived from (e.g. Facebook, Google, direct), stored in your browser to help us understand which channels work.
- Your IP address, used briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention. These records expire automatically within minutes and are not linked to your order.
What we never collect
- Card numbers, CVVs, e-wallet PINs, or any payment credentials — these go straight to PayMongo and never touch our servers
- Your employees' personal information
- Anything from inside your workbook
3. Who else is involved
We use a small number of outside services to run the site. Each sees only what it needs:
- PayMongo — processes your payment and handles your card or e-wallet details directly.
- Vercel — hosts the website and its server functions.
- Upstash — the database holding order records and the anonymous daily counts.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures ad performance. It sets its own cookies and reports that a purchase happened, so we can tell which ads work. This is the one service on this list that tracks across sites.
- Bunny Stream — serves the demo video on the homepage.
- Google Fonts and unpkg — deliver the fonts and icons the pages use.
- Google Sheets — if you use the Sheets version, you copy it into your own Google account, and what you do there is governed by Google's terms, not ours.
- Our own revenue dashboard — receives the order amount, timestamp, and reference number so we can compare ad spend against sales. No name or email is sent to it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email with advertisers or other merchants.
4. What's stored in your browser
We don't use advertising cookies of our own. The site stores a few small values locally so it can work properly:
- Where you first arrived from, so the source is still known when you reach checkout
- A marker that a page or section has already been counted, so one visit isn't counted twice
- A marker that your purchase has already been reported once, so it isn't double-counted
Meta's Pixel sets its own cookies separately. You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the site and your downloads will still work.
5. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we sell and support the product, since they're what let you recover your files years later. Anonymous daily counts are kept indefinitely — they contain no personal data. IP-based rate-limit records expire within minutes. If you ask us to delete your order record, we will, but you'll lose self-service vault recovery.
6. Your rights under the Data Privacy Act
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to be informed, to access a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to object to processing, to have it erased, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission.
To exercise any of these, message us at run.archivity@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout. We'll respond within a reasonable time and won't charge you for it.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Vault access links are cryptographically signed and expire, and download links can't be guessed. That said, no system is perfect — please don't share your vault link publicly, since anyone holding it can download your files.
8. Children
This is a business tool and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
